I guess they don’t have an answer so it’s easier for them to ignore. Now it seems I’m going to lose all of the files I opened with this app since they won’t help me. The app I currently use to unzip is the same as the pro version, just with ads. I would not recommend this app to anyone! Apparently if you use the free app and simply want to switch to the pro version this is the same issue. It shows that my comment is “awaiting moderation” when I login to their forum, and they won’t respond to emails. I have posted to their forum and sent several emails telling them this, but they won’t respond. Apparently now you are no longer able to manage apps through iTunes. I haven’t used iTunes in a long time, but I tried following their instructions. I’ve been trying to get the files I opened with this app saved to my cloud drive, but when I asked on their forum they said the only way to do it is through iTunes. I used this app for a while and found another zip app that works better.
